*Could be a great ice-breaker for a new class. *Great to use with short stories! *Awesome way to get kids to participate. *Very practical as well as academic. *Could adapt this to use with a lesson on point of view. How might a character respond to this or that situation. *We liked your reminders and suggestions about note-taking, criteria, etc.
Accommodations:
*Students could partner-up *Models for younger kids might be more outrageous for them to “get” it. *Model first for younger kids. *Could use with seniors...thank you notes for college interview or teachers who have given them recommendations. Tone is really important with these audiences. *Younger kids might need extra details regarding where the salutation goes, what kind of punctuation to use, etc.
Nice work, Debbie!
